HOW IT WORKS
We ship your first penpal letter as soon as we receive your subscription. Subsequent letters are shipped on the first Monday of each month. Snail-mailed letters, delivered via USPS, should be received within 5 business days. Email subscriptions should be received within 2 days. If you do not receive a letter for any reason, please contact us for a replacement.
The first penpal letter will also include a photograph of your Dream Horse penpal. Email subscribers will receive their photo as an email attachment, in JPG format.
Bonus subscribers will receive a new HorseSense lesson each month, delivered with their penpal letter. Bonus subscribers will also receive a penpal photo, and a coupon for a $5 discount on a riding or grooming lesson.
GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Dream Horse penpal subscriptions make wonderful gifts! We offer three easy gift options:
You can select the horsey penpal for your gift recipient and sign up online.
You can purchase a gift subscription online that allows your gift recipient to choose their favorite horsey penpal.
You can download and complete our printable enrollment form, then send your form and a check to us via snail mail. If you prefer, you can let recipients choose their favorite penpal. We'll contact them to finalize their subscription.
PRICING and PAYMENTS
There are three subscription choices:
Bonus Penpals -- $29.95 -- Includes twelve monthly personalized letters, twelve HorseSense lessons, coupon for discounted riding or grooming lesson, and special gift offers.
Basic Penpals -- $19.95 -- Includes twelve monthly personalized letters and a penpal photo.
Email Penpals -- $9.95 -- Includes twelve monthly electronic personalized letters and penpal photo.
Subscriptions may be placed online using our secure PayPal connection. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payments. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and bank debit cards are accepted.
If you prefer to pay by check, download our enrollment form and snail mail it to us.

In the event that your Dream Horse is unable to continue as a penpal, we will offer a replacement penpal of your choice at no additional cost.
Should you need to cancel your subscription, please let us know -- but remember that penpal subscriptions are nonrefundable.
We have a very simple Privacy Policy: we do not share your personal information with anyone, for any reason, ever. Period.
