Join us for an exciting week of eventing:
Dressage, Cross-Country, and Stadium Jumping
5-Day Camp: Only $225 per camper!
Click here to download camp enrollment forms. Closing date: June 1
Eventing camp fees include a free combined test in our Open Dressage Show and Combined Test, held on June 12, the last day of camp. Eventing campers should also fill out the entry form for that combined test -- download the show forms here.
And while you're downloading stuff, we have some valuable information for eventing campers: USEA Rules for Eventing, USEA Dressage Tests, and a helpful Guide to Eventing for riders and parents who are new to eventing.
This camp is appropriate for riders aged 9 - 18 who are comfortable
at a canter and able to trot a 18” stadium course with control in
English tack (equivalent to Blue Level and up). No previous
Eventing experience is necessary.
Camp runs Tue - Sat, 8:00 a.m.— 4:30 p.m., and
includes:
Intro to Eventing rules and scoring
Daily lessons in dressage, cross-country & jumping
Unmounted HorseSense lessons:
-- bandaging
-- conformation
-- show grooming & turnout
-- conditioning
-- and more!
Horsey crafts and educational games
Includes Combined Test competition on Saturday, in conjunction with our Open Dressage Show -- visitors are welcome to come cheer on our competitors!
New for 2010!
We're please to offer campers the option of staying overnight in our bunkhouse during camp. You may choose to stay as many nights as you please. Sleepover fees are $25/night, and include three meals each day. See our enrollment forms for details!
